Drop us an email before sending anything back.
Returns without authorisation cannot be accepted.
We'll get back to you quickly and make it easy.

Pack it carefully
Pop the item back in its original packaging,
unused and undamaged. If you ordered by mistake
or changed your mind, you'll need to cover
the return postage and insure it against loss.

We process your refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process
your refund within 10 days back to your
original payment method. Simple as that.

When we can't accept a return
We want to be upfront about the small number of
situations where we're unable to accept returns:
Items that have been used or damaged by you
Items returned incomplete or missing accessories
Earrings and jewellery sets where the hygiene
seal or packaging has been opened — this is for
hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your
statutory rights
Special ordered, customised, or pre-paid
gift card items
If packaging is damaged but the item is otherwise
fine, we may still accept your return but a 15%
restocking fee may apply.
