Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We offer free next day delivery across the UK. Order before 2pm Monday to Saturday for same day dispatch. Your order will arrive the next working day.
Is delivery really free?
Yes! All UK orders come with free delivery included. No minimum spend, no hidden charges.
What happens if I order after 2pm?
Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Weekend orders placed after 2pm Saturday will be dispatched Monday morning.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your order at royalmail.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know!

Returns

What is your returns policy?
We offer a full 14-day money back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
How do I return an item?
Simply contact us via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 3–5 working days of receiving the item back.
Can I exchange an item?
Because every piece is unique and individually photographed, we cannot guarantee an exact exchange. However we can offer a full refund so you can choose a different piece.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Products

Are the product photos the actual item I'll receive?
Yes! Every photo on our website is the actual piece you will receive. We never use stock photos or samples. What you see is exactly what arrives at your door — that's our promise.
What materials are used in your jewellery?
Our jewellery uses high quality base metals with gold or silver tone finishes, set with synthetic crystals and stones. All pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Full material details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best: avoid contact with water, perfume and lotions. Store in a dry place, ideally in the box it arrived in. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes — all our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sensitive skin.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll do our best to help. Once dispatched we're unable to make changes.
I haven't received my order confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your name and the email address used at checkout and we'll resend it.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Do you offer buy now pay later?
